We sell our Fallyn trap through distributors in markets outside Norway. We offer branded lids, labels and packaging to suit your brand.
One product, many possibilities
The Fallyn trap can come in many varieties to server different purposes. The base of the trap is produced in black and white to make it blend in or stand out as you prefer. Lids are opaque black or white for discreetly hiding the insects, or transparent to allow quick inspection. The saucer may be used empty to allow quick inspection, especially with a transparent lid, or with lure to increase the number of certain species, particularly long-tailed silverfish. It can be used for detection and monitoring. If trop positions are optimized based on based on detected insect hotspots, it can even be used to considerable bring down the number of certain insects inside a building.
Color options
The trap (base part) is offered in black and white. Lids are offered in black, white, and transparent. While pest control professionals typically want transparent lids for quick inspection, consumers typically don’t want to see the insects, with the exception of bed bug monitoring.
Lure and refill
The trap and lid are meant for reuse. For each usage, which typically lasts 4-12 months, 1 saucer and 2.5 ml of lure is required. In our retail packages (2 traps), we include refill for 2 usages, i.e. 4 saucers and 4 ampullas with lure. For our webshop packages with 3/6/12 traps we include refill for 3 usages of each trap, i.e. 9/18/36 saucers and bottles of 30/60/120ml lure. The lure bottles come with caps that allow precise and quick filling of the saucers.
Print options
Lids can be custom printed in one or more colors and on one or two sides. MOQ applies. Single side print allows for more anonymous traps by letting the side without print face up.
Markets
In Norway and Denmark we’ve seen the best market penetration in the consumer market, but we’ve also seen enterprises using it to protect their property and pest controllers using it as a monitoring tool.
We have also seen great interest from museums, archives, storages, and libraries, as they have stricter requirements than other sectors in detecting and preventing insect infestations early.
Current packaging options can be seen in the table. The web shop packages come in anonymous white packaging while the retail packages will be printed according to your specification. We also offer components in bulk for your own composition of packages or flexible sales.
